Location: City of Albany
CMA is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester to lead testing efforts for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive test strategies, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of Salesforce QA/testing experience along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce certifications, including Certified Administrator, are preferred.
