State or Federal Government experience preferred.
- 7+ years (84 months) of system administration experience with Oracle People Soft HR & HCM 9.x or higher.
- 7+ years of experience with installation, configuration, tuning, patching, upgrades, and code migrations in Unix/Solaris/Linux environments.
- 7+ years of People Tools 8.49+ experience including installation, upgrades, patching, tuning, and configuration.
- 7+ years of experience performing People Tools and People Soft application upgrades using PUM and Change Assistant.
- 5+ years (60 months) of experience with Web Logic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrades, and High Availability (HA).
- 5+ years of Oracle Database (10g or higher) experience for creating and maintaining People Soft databases.
- Strong expertise in Oracle, People Soft, Linux, Unix, Web Logic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to large technical teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale government environments.
- Experience with enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
- Experience working in secure environments requiring fingerprint-based background checks.
Seeking an experienced People Soft Administrator to provide Infrastructure and People Soft Administration support for the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS) environment. The role will focus on People Soft infrastructure architecture, upgrades, enhancements, administration, and ongoing operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and document People Soft infrastructure architecture based on best practices for implementation and upgrades.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support People Soft software components including Web Logic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, and Oracle Database.
- Perform administration and operational support for new and existing People Soft environments using the latest technology stack.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to meet business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with agencies and technical teams to develop scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Create enterprise-level solution architectures aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, test, and resolve system configurations and technical issues.
- Support legacy People Soft applications and modernization initiatives.
- Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
