We are seeking a Project Manager who will support our NYS client on the Salesforce-based Administrative Adjudication Unit (AAU) Case Management Solution. The Project Manager will manage complex technology implementation activities across the full SDLC, from discovery through go‑live, while coordinating schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and cross‑functional teams. This role will help ensure PMO reporting, governance, and delivery activities align with government standards and project objectives.

• Lead project management activities for the Salesforce-based AAU Case Management Solution from discovery through go‑live.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery dashboards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional business, technical, vendor, and stakeholder teams to support timely execution of project deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations in alignment with PMO governance standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, communicate progress, and support readiness activities for implementation and go‑live.

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology implementations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing the full SDLC, from discovery through go‑live.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, RAID logs, and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with government PMO standards and reporting cadence.

• Experience supporting Salesforce-based case management or administrative adjudication solutions.
• Experience working with NYS government agencies or public sector technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and governance reporting skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
