Location: City of Albany
V Group Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist in Albany, New York. In this role, you will support the delivery of web-based applications and create end-user training materials such as guides and videos. You will also lead training sessions and maintain project documentation.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in training for web applications, strong communication skills, and experience in QA testing. Government project experience is preferred.
