Peoplsoft Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Research, Document and Guide the People Soft Infrastructure design/layout based on People Soft best practices for implementation on upgrade.
• Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of People Soft (Web Logic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with latest technology stack.
• Provide technical direction to meet business needs.
• Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions.
• Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction.
• Research, resolve, and test configurations.
• Provide Research, Analysis and People Soft Application support for the current Legacy People Soft Applications.
• Support the proposed Peoplesoft enhancement project as required.

• 84 Months of system administration experience in Oracle’s People Soft HR & HCM 9 or higher release. Where duties included installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, and perform code migrations in a Unix/Solaris/Linux environment.
• 84 Months of system administration experience utilizing People Soft People Tools 8.49 or higher, including installation, upgrading, patching, tuning/configuration.
• 84 Months of experience in performing People Tools and People Soft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools.
• 60 Months of experience with Web Logic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrading, and high availability (HA).
• 60 Months of experience with Oracle 10g or higher database releases in creating and maintaining Peoplesoft databases.
