Hiring:
Senior Oracle SaaS & PaaS Tech Lead
New York, NY (Onsite)
We are seeking a hands‑on Oracle SaaS & PaaS Tech Lead with 15+ years of experience to act as the single point of technical accountability for Oracle delivery onsite.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP / SCM / PPM / HCM / Payroll
- Hands‑on experience with OIC Gen3, ATP, BI Publisher, OCI, VBCS, PCS/OPA, PL/SQL, SQL, REST/SOAP
- Owns end‑to‑end delivery, builds/debugs OIC, BIP, PL/SQL & web services
- Validates offshore output & enforces design/quality standards
- Manages triage, RCA, SLA resolution & converts recurring issues into permanent fixes
- Acts as onsite‑offshore bridge; mentors team, documents knowledge & ensures role‑based security
- Strong communication, ownership & structured stakeholder updates
