I am seeking a Technical Delivery Analyst for a long-term project in Albany, New York.

I am seeking an accomplished Java Programmer, but with an even more advanced skillset. Someone to take Business Requirements and build low level design.

Must be on-site in Albany, Monday – Friday. All candidates must be able to relocate here to Albany, New York. .

Experience in large scale healthcare projects would be great to have.

Rate: $60/hr

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or related field.
• Nine (9) or more years of application programming experience.
• Experience working with web authoring languages such as C++, Java, XML, HTML, CGI, ASP. Experience working with application database interactions and data modeling tools.
• Experience working with the interface of information technology and functional groups within an organization.
• Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
