Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hour W2

Job Summary:
Provides Tier 1/2 technical support for STICC systems, ensuring operational readiness and swift resolution of technical issues.

Duration: 3 to 5 years (Government Project)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Work Location: 50 Wolf Road, Albany, NY
References: 2 required prior to offer

Qualifications:

• Associate’s required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.

Experience:

• 2+ years in IT support roles.

Certifications:

• CompTIA A+ (required).

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Log resolutions in Ezelogs.
• Escalate issues to Network Engineer when needed.
