Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle OPM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, specifically within Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The candidate will lead end-to-end functional delivery, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle OPM solutions in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary functional lead and single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle OPM and Order Management streams.
- Drive requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and lead FDD documentation and sign-off.
- Lead solution design and configuration for Oracle OPM and SCM modules.
- Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT).
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Go‑live readiness.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Provide functional support, including defect analysis, issue resolution, and hyper‑care support post go‑live.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM).
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 (OPM + SCM modules).
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing domain.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Service Now, or similar ticketing/ALM tools.
Role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams in a hybrid delivery environment.
Ideal candidate will have experience working in large enterprise Oracle EBS implementations within regulated industries such as life sciences.
