We are seeking an experienced Oracle OPM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, specifically within Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The candidate will lead end-to-end functional delivery, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle OPM solutions in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.

• Act as the primary functional lead and single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle OPM and Order Management streams.
• Drive requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and lead FDD documentation and sign-off.
• Lead solution design and configuration for Oracle OPM and SCM modules.
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT).
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Go‑live readiness.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Provide functional support, including defect analysis, issue resolution, and hyper‑care support post go‑live.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM).
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 (OPM + SCM modules).
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing domain.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Service Now, or similar ticketing/ALM tools.

Role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams in a hybrid delivery environment.

Ideal candidate will have experience working in large enterprise Oracle EBS implementations within regulated industries such as life sciences.
