Job Title

CHOICES is currently running on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position involves modifying highly customized forms, implementing security fixes and changes, and re-architecting processes to be supported in the newest version. Additionally, the person who fills this position will be expected to work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Work closely with other teams to implement and support usage of MS Dynamics 365 v9.
• Troubleshoot and modify heavily customized forms created in MS Dynamics CRM 2013 and earlier versions to work in MS Dynamics 365 v9 with multiple browser types and versions.
• Ensure that the current functionality provided in CHOICES runs successfully, including web services with other systems, file uploads, electronic signatures, SSRS reports, and data extracts.
• Monitor event viewer and IIS logs for errors, unusual entries, and possible performance issues and address problems.
• Perform future update rollups and version upgrades past MS Dynamics 365 v9.
• Resolve production problems and business unit inquiries, including Help Desk tickets.
