Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

• Experience with C# .Net.
• Experience with Oracle 10G. (

  Microsoft SQL Server and MS Access are NOT considered valid database experience and should NOT be part of the 72 months experience)
• Experience with VB6.
• Experience with MVC.
• Experience with Web Services, XML.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
• Experience with large data sets (> 10 million rows).
