This request is for a Programmer to work in the OCFS Office of Research, Evaluation and Performance Analytics (OREPA) Data Warehouse (DW) unit. The incumbent will elicit, analyze, design, and document business and technical requirements for Child Welfare reporting and data visualizations intended for OCFS staff, Local Districts, Voluntary Agencies, and the public. Reporting includes Child Protective Services, Federal Financial Reporting, Child Care Assistance Block Grants, Family First, KPIs, and related dashboards to support operational and data quality efforts.

• 84+ months of experience in using SQL for analysis and reporting, including conditional formatting and joining multiple queries.
• 84+ months of experience testing reports, analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, documenting, and presenting complex data challenges to stakeholders.
• 84+ months of experience working in social services or related fields.
• 84+ months of experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and logical design; understanding and translating complex issues both in oral and written communication.
• 84+ months of experience in creating and modifying Tableau Dashboards and Data Sets.
• 84+ months of experience in creating and modifying Framework Manager models and reports using COGNOS tools.
