Support Services Technician | IS Department

To provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to all Giorgio Armani associates, including the use of MS Office 365, Retail Applications (POS), Wholesale Software, and Telecommunications. They will also be capable of supporting Systems Administrators in administering Active Directory, Office 365 Email, Intune MDM Security. Support Services Technicians must be capable of working on their own initiative while setting and maintaining deadlines, communicating well to all levels both written and verbally, and maintaining accurate records within the Zoho Manage Engine application.
CoreResponsibilities
- Provide first and second level support for desktop laptops.
- Provide first and second level support for virtual desktops.
- Provide first level networking support.
- Configure, install and deploy desktop, virtual desktops, and laptop computers.
- Provide phone support to local and remote users.
- Support and administer Microsoft Office 365.
- Support and administer Mobile Device Management System, iPhone & iPad.
- Provide 1st & 2nd level Macintosh hardware and OSX operating system support.
- Provide 24X7 on call support on a scheduled basis.
- Support desktop applications including Microsoft Office 365, Project, Visio and SharePoint.
- Provide level 1 support for enterprise application Desktop Clients/Web Clients including POS Systems, Verifone Pin Pads, SAP.
- College degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of MS Office 365, Retail Applications (POS), Wholesale Software, and Telecommunications preferred.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly range within $30.00 per hour based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
