i-Link Solutions seeks a Systems Developer - Expert for the State of NY on a 30-month assignment. You will own full SDLC, develop in .NET with MVC, Web API, JavaScript, and work with Oracle databases and SOA services. Strong debugging, deployment, and data migration skills are required.
Collaborate with UI/UX, BA, architects, and PMs to define requirements and schedules. Experience with OKTA/LDAP security, HIPAA PHI data, and CI/CD using TFS or Git Lab is essential.
