Position: Digital ProductOps Manager - (Product Portfolio)
Location: City of Albany

Job Summary

This role plays a key part in product operations enablement for the Product Management team. The incumbent supports product portfolio operations across the full Product Management Lifecycle (PdMLC) — spanning digital, voice/telephonic, in‑person, and self‑service products — by building, maintaining, and supporting the operating model infrastructure that product, design, and research teams rely on to perform their best work. The individual works independently to apply product operations enablement practices, developing enablement resources, supporting tooling administration, coordinating governance activities, and monitoring operating model adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to managing the enterprise digital asset and capabilities inventory; maintain and update inventory as assets are deployed or decommissioned.
  • Facilitate maximizing efficiencies and utilization of existing digital capabilities.
  • Participate in governance processes for the Digital Operating Model: manage intake, assess requests, facilitate Steering Committees, track and report progress and outcomes.
  • Identify, scope, and resolve issues that threaten to delay project, initiative, program, or product deliverables.
  • Establish project plans with timelines, assign tasks, sequence dependencies, and ensure deliverable completion.
  • Promote the Digital Product Management Playbook and ensure digital roadmaps within each spoke are maintained per the Playbook and reflected in the enterprise digital roadmap.
  • Contribute to managing the enterprise end‑to‑end digital roadmap within the Digital Product Hub, providing transparency for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Evaluate build/buy/partner options for new digital capabilities and vendor integration for the Product & Health Experience department.
  • Collaborate with other Digital Product Ops Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
Education
  • Required:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
  • Substitution: 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred:
    Master’s Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare or related field.
Experience
  • Required:

    3 years of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management.
  • Required:

    1 year with Agile Process Methodology.
  • Preferred: 2 years in the Healthcare Industry.

  • Required:

Skills
  • Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks, assignments, deadlines, and produce outcomes.
  • Ability to lead and influence others within a matrixed organization, with a sense of urgency and customer‑ and clinician‑centric focus.

Physical, Mental Demands and Working Conditions

Position Type:
Office‑based. Occasional travel (0% – 25%). Requires up to 10 pounds of lifting; occasionally up to 25–50 pounds.

Pay Range
  • $79,300.00 – $
  • Base pay is determined by qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
