Job Location

The consultant must be willing to report to work onsite in Menands, NY. Remote work is not accepted. Candidates must be ready to move if not within commuting distance. This is non‑negotiable.

Data analysis and management for various COVID Data Dashboard and distribution of COVID data to external entities and the public.

• Perform data management and analytic tasks including researching and documenting technical designs, programming solutions, writing and executing unit test plans, researching, resolving, and testing defects, customer technical support, and collaboration with other team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 6 years of experience with development in medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented.
• 6 years of experience with data analytics including processing, reporting, transformation, visualization.

• 6 years of experience with Python-based data analytics projects.

  SQL databases (Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) containing large amounts of data (greater than 10 million rows).
• 6 years of experience with developing and maintaining data processing and ETL pipelines.
• 6 years of experience with developing cloud native and hybrid applications using serverless platforms.
• 6 years of experience in designing and implementing data visualizations with large datasets (1 million+ records) on analytics platforms such as Tableau.
