Scope of Project:
Voice Consultation Tech - This individual will be responsible for performing consultations related to migration from legacy/local voice systems to our shared, centralized VoIP platform, known as "UniteNY."

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments of existing legacy/local voice systems.
• Coordinate configuration, installation, and migration to the UniteNY VoIP platform.
• Utilize bulk/batch update files within the VOSS-4-UC product.
• Meet with clients to review and discuss existing voice configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors to migrate telephone numbers (TNs) from existing services.
• Perform activities necessary to ensure successful migration and transition to the centralized VoIP platform.
• Work collaboratively with state staff throughout the engagement.
• Transfer knowledge to state staff and other consultants.

Required Skills:

• 48 Months of Experience in Unified Communications / VOIP.
• 48 Months of Experience in Microsoft Excel.
• 6 Months of Experience in VOSS/CUCDM.
• 12 Months of Experience in software/hardware deployments.
• 6 Months of Experience in Service Now.
• 6 Months of Experience in Legacy Telco technologies (POTS, CTX, PRI, etc.).
