Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Pay: USD 20/hr-USD 22/hr
Position summary:
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint, have basic accounting knowledge, and possess strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic support for MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Assist users with routine technical and application-related issues.
- Create, update, and maintain records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Use MS SharePoint to access, organise, and maintain information and documents.
- Perform basic data entry, research, and information lookups.
- Apply basic accounting principles when handling financial or accounting-related information.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Associate or bachelor's degree, particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Service Now or another ticketing/case management system.
- Experience with MS SharePoint.
- Ability to run basic SQL scripts or queries.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, application support, or technical customer service.
