Kriaa Net Inc. seeks two IT Support Specialists to provide on-site desktop and technical support for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Albany, NY and Syracuse, NY. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, assist with onboarding, and keep IT operations running smoothly for federal personnel.
Role requires U.S. citizenship, ability to clear a DOJ background check, a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, and 3+ years of IT support experience. On-site work hours are weekdays with federal environment expectations.
