Job Description:

This resource will act as a Junior IT Specialist for the DOT Transportation Safety Management and Operations (TSMO) Technology Program to support the procurement activities for Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) related to transportation systems management and operations. This role involves assisting in the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of hardware, software, services, and maintenance agreements necessary for the efficient and effective operation of transportation infrastructure.

The specialist will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and the procurement team to ensure compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and project timelines.
