Deskside Support Technician - Onsite

10 is currently seeking Deskside Support Technicians for contract and contract-to-hire positions with a Major Insurance Company located in Springfield, MO and Albany, NY. The contract roles are for a 6+ month engagement. This position is fully onsite. Compensation: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

These resources will be supporting a significant laptop refresh and migration effort. This role involves direct end-user setup and support, hardware troubleshooting, and coordination with various internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.

• Laptop deployments and migrations
• End-user setup and support
• Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix activities
• Peripheral support (monitors, docks, printers, phones)
• User communications and scheduling
• Coordination with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and project teams
• General deskside support activities throughout the migration effort

• 3+ years of hands-on Deskside Support experience
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with laptop refreshes, hardware deployments, and user migrations

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Service Now
