• 84 months of experience designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-based systems in GCP in accordance with security, performance, availability, and cost-management requirements, including cloud-native application deployment, resource optimization, system monitoring, log analysis, incident diagnosis and troubleshooting, and use of GCP Cloud Build and Cloud Deploy.
• 84 months of experience implementing, automating, and administering GCP cloud infrastructure, including Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; automation using Python or Power Shell; GKE cluster, pod, and service administration;
  Linux and Windows server administration; and configuration and administration of GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC/XPN, Cloud SQL, Redis, Secret Manager, CDN, load balancing, Cloud Armor, Logging, Monitoring, Alerting, and Pub/Sub.
• 36 Months of experience using CI/CD pipeline technologies
• 36 Months of experience using Git Hub repository
• 24 Months of experience using Prisma Cloud, Tenable, OS Patching/upgrading

Job Description:

The position is in support (operational, enhancements, debugging) of the UISIm project, a multiyear program effort to redesign, implement, and test business process improvements for the Department of Labor s customers, partners and internal staff. UISIm replaces the 40+ year old Unemployment Insurance (UI) legacy computer systems and manual procedures with a new and improved integrated computer system.
