Experience:

• 84 months of experience in program and project planning and execution with changing project requirements.
• 84 months of experience managing projects that involve information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) integration and operations preferably in the transportation sector that includes cross-functional (business, technical, security and vendor) teams.
• 72 months of experience managing projects specific to transportation operations, traffic management, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
• 72 months of experience with stakeholder management and communication by developing and maintaining a stakeholder engagement plan, conflict resolution, documentation management, and regular reporting both written and verbal.
• 60 months of experience with performance measurement and reporting
• 60 months of experience with process improvement evaluation and identification including project processes and methodologies, and post-project reviews.
• 48 months of experience in IT infrastructure and OT systems including cybersecurity principles and best practices in each.

MUST hold these:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• Project management professional (PMP)
