The LiRo Group is seeking an Information Technology Specialist I to support our construction-focused IT operations within the Information Technology (IT) department. Based in a collaborative, hybrid environment, you will provide hands-on technical support for office and field staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. You'll assist with Microsoft 365, user administration, and project-site technology setups, helping keep critical infrastructure projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and escalated IT support to office and field staff
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and core business applications
- Assist with user account management, permissions, and access control
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support project sites with technology setups and coordination
- Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure upgrades and initiatives
Required Skills
- Windows desktop support
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN)
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Mobile device management (MDM)
- IT ticketing systems (e.g., Service
