- Define and implement enterprise-wide SRE architecture, standards, frameworks, and best practices
. - Design highly available, scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient distributed systems.
- Establish SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error-budget policies for critical applications and services.
- Develop reliability strategies covering availability, latency, performance, capacity, scalability, and disaster recovery.
- Design and implement comprehensive observability solutions for metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and service health.
- Implement monitoring using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, ELK/Elastic, New Relic, Dynatrace, Cloud Watch
, or equivalent platforms. - Define proactive alerting strategies and reduce alert fatigue and false positives.
- Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, problem management, and post-incident reviews
. - Establish blameless postmortem processes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
