Salary Grade 18. Salary range: $52,198 to $82,656 annually.

• Bachelor's degree in data or computer science, informatics, economics, statistics, mathematics, public health, health administration, or a related field.
• Satisfactory completion of a two‑year traineeship or two years of experience in data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining.

• Experience in insurance or Medicaid.
• Two years of SQL experience working with large datasets.

• Collaborate with business units to develop and build models supporting analytic use cases.
• Draft technical requirements and define data specifications.
• Provide input on current approaches and recommend improvements to achieve objectives.
• Review and suggest enhancements to current or planned systems and processes.
• Perform data extraction, aggregation, and quality checks from multiple sources and tables for trend identification and root‑cause analysis.
• Summarize results, create written reports, and collaborate with staff to develop business intelligence solutions.
