- 60 Months Experience in troubleshooting Atlassian Jira
- 60 Months Experience in user and access management in Atlassian Jira
- 60 Months Experience in Atlassian Jira performance monitoring and improvement
- 60 months of experience authoring and maintaining system technical documentation. Eligible experience includes mapping business workflows, documenting system integrations and automation rules, and creating administrator runbooks, technical specifications, and user-facing guides within a centralized knowledge base (such as Confluence).
