The candidate of this position will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Design and develop the new custom HHAP Application
- Research and provide architectural review and direction for project and HHAP application.
- Create cradle to grave UML diagrams for entire to-be system.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to our .Net development team.
- Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities and reporting status updates to supervisor.
- Create technical documentation that describes and outlines associated applications and systems.
- Assist with additional OTDA priority projects and applications as new needs arise.
- 1 A Bachelor's Degree
- 2 84 months experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.
Net Web apps using web services and Windows Communication Foundation. - 3 84 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows; and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve issues.
- 4 60 months experience using Oracle and PL/SQL packages including SQL programming and JSON.
- 5 36 months experience as a Web GUI designer including accessibility compliance and using Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux, Angular versions 9 thru 14.
- 6 24 months experience development applications relating to government human service eligibility systems.
- 7 36 months experience using object-oriented principles and concepts to design business objects
- 8 36 months experience using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
- 9 36 months experience development applications utilizing
