This is a 12+ month contract position for a Tester based in Albany, New York.
Responsibilities- Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure that software created or upgraded performs as necessary and meets user requirements
- Develop and maintain user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams
- Understand the view of applications and/or technology and put procedures in logical sequence
- Required
- 7+ years of experience in quality assurance tasks
- 7+ years of experience in the development and execution of software test plans and scenarios
- 7+ years of experience in functional testing using functional testing tools
- 4+ years of experience in performance and stress testing using performance testing tools
- 4+ years of experience in manual testing
- 4+ years of experience using defect management tools
- 1+ year of experience using Redmine
- 1+ year of experience using HP Quality Center
- 7+ years demonstrating the ability to provide guidance to large teams and/or extensive industry experience
