The Data Analyst 2 supports New York State of Health's reporting and data analytics operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on system data while overseeing vendor relationships. Keyqualifications:
- Seven years of experience in data visualization, statistical models, and data mining tools
- Experience with data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling
- Background in data analysis, database design, optimization, and query development
- Experience with large-scale, multi-tier or multi-environment databases
- Experience supporting Medicaid or health care information technology programs
- Strong analytical, organizational, reporting, and communication skills
