I am currently working with one of Nassau’s most reputable mid-size firms, who are actively seeking a Litigation Attorney to join them, in a hybrid capacity. In terms of the opportunity, here is the headlines:

Responsibilities

• Assist senior figures in the business to help manage their caseload; gaining experience within various aspects of the Litigation lifecycle
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal precedents to support case strategy and ensure thorough preparation
• Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court rules ️
• Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings. Additionally, conduct depositions and attend mediation or settlement conferences as part of the litigation process ️

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 Years Experience
• Commercial/Business Litigation Experience
• Barred in NY ️
