Well-Established Albany Law Firm Seeking Civil Litigation Attorney

Since over 100 years, our client has been committed to providing exceptional legal representation to clients across the Capital Region and beyond. They are now seeking a talented attorney with a minimum of one year of experience to join their respected civil litigation practice.

About the Position

They are looking for a motivated, skilled attorney who will bring their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to our team. The ideal candidate will be:

• An active member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Connected to, and interested in, the Capital Region of New York.
• Experienced (at least 1 year) in one or more of the following areas:

Personal injury litigation

Medical malpractice litigation

Automobile accident litigation

General liability defense

Appeals

Commercial litigation

Complex litigation

Required Skills & Qualities

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication and advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases.
• Proven client management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Manage discovery and conduct depositions.
• Appear in State and Federal courts throughout New York State.
