Associate Attorney

Location: Troy, NY (Hybrid / Remote options available for NY residents)

Billable Requirement: 1,600 Hours

You will handle sophisticated litigation, including Article 78 proceedings and motions for summary judgment. This is a "hands-on" role where you will be active in:

• Discovery, depositions, and affidavits.
• Drafting complex motions and attending hearings.
• Navigating the intersection of environmental policy and commercial litigation.

• Experience: 4+ years in Land Use, Energy, or Environmental Law. Candidates with strong Commercial Litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Proven experience in discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
• Location: Preferred proximity to Troy, NY. Remote candidates must be NY-based and willing to travel for hearings/depositions as required.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000
. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
