Tri City Rentals is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our apartment community team. If you enjoy seeing the results of your work, like working independently, and want a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with a stable company, this could be a great fit. As a Housekeeper with Tri City Rentals, you'll play an important role in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming communities for our residents and their guests.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our apartment community clean, attractive, and ready to welcome residents each day.

• Maintain clean and welcoming common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and entrances
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean walls, doors, and other surfaces
• Clean and detail shared spaces, including laundry facilities
• Prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents
• Help maintain a consistently clean and professional appearance throughout the property
• Identify areas that may need additional attention and communicate them to the property team
• Assist with light seasonal outdoor tasks, such as planting flowers and helping clear snow from entrances

• Dependable and punctual
• Detail-oriented and proud of doing quality work
• Courteous and professional
• Comfortable working independently within an established routine
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, walking, and using stairs
• Able to reliably travel to and from the property

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Enjoy the stability of a consistent, full-time weekday schedule with opportunities for overtime.
