What You'll Do

Perform routine facility inspections
Complete preventative maintenance on building systems
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls
Perform general repairs, painting, carpentry, and facility upkeep
Maintain maintenance logs and inspection records
Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed
Ensure facilities meet safety and compliance requirements
Assist with landscaping and snow removal activities
Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

5+ years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Customer-service mindset
OSHA, EPA, HVAC, NATE, CPR, or related certifications are a plus
Reliable transportation
