What You'll Do

As a Facility Turnover Specialist
, you'll help prepare newly constructed buildings for occupancy and grand openings.

You'll:

Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
Clean windows, fixtures, floors, and surfaces
Detail newly completed commercial spaces
Help create a clean, safe, move-in-ready environment
Work independently and as part of a team
Deliver the final polish that leaves clients impressed
