Senior Project Manager – Industrial Construction

The Sr. Project Manager leads high‑end commercial projects—including interiors, dry labs, data centers, and other critical facilities construction—for Albany, NY market accounts to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives. They manage projects from initiation through completion.
What you’ll do- Manage all project management areas for multiple real‑estate projects: planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare all project elements: scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define project delivery resources from pre‑qualified lists or through the qualification process; conduct complex RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
- Facilitate development of the charter and integrated timeline.
- Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or raised.
- Lead regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
- Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the team through implementation and completion.
- Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for accomplishing objectives.
- Showcase expertise in your subject area and in‑depth knowledge of other fields within the organization.
- Coach others to develop expertise across the function.
- Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, anticipate objections, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi‑discipline teams.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively with influence.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8‑10 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Prior experience with commercial high‑end interior projects, dry labs, data centers, mission‑critical, heavy MEP, and demanding clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with MS Project or similar software.
- Proven track record of leading multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously, delivering under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Minimum salary: $115,000 annually; maximum salary: $150,000 annually. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may receive a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s benefit program and will have access to 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
