Qualifications- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Experience in inventory management, time management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a focus on maintaining a clean work environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address day-to-day operational challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively and motivate a team
- Previous experience in retail or food service management is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in a related field is a plus
