KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Managing Director of Schools – Principal Manager to serve as a senior member of the Regional Leadership Team. This leader will oversee the academic, cultural, and operational performance of schools across the region, directly manage multiple principals, and serve as a key driver of regional strategy, instructional excellence, and leadership development.

• Oversee the academic, cultural, and operational performance of schools across the region.
• Directly manage multiple principals and contribute to regional leadership development.
• Drive regional strategy, instructional excellence, and leadership development.
• Be accountable for ambitious regional outcomes, including strong academic performance, high levels of student engagement and retention, full enrollment sustainability, and a fully staffed teaching workforce from the first day of school.
• Partner with the Chief Schools Officer and regional teams to translate vision into clear priorities, systems, and supports that ensure consistent execution and strong outcomes for students, families, and staff.
