Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in bridge construction or heavy civil infrastructure
- Strong capability in managing project processes, workflow execution, and tactical deliverables
- Advanced technical knowledge within heavy civil disciplines, with awareness of how project decisions impact overall organizational outcomes

Compensation- Salary Range: USD $135,000 – $190,000 per year
