Our client is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

• Ensure alignment of executive goals with daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
• Delegation of tasks and direct reporting to the company CEO.
• Provide support and guidance to the staff.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, procedures, and services to support staff and members.
• Oversight of internal controls/ dual review.
• Ensure team members are trained to provide quality service and perform their roles effectively.
• Draft and maintain spreadsheets.
• Monitor workflow and staffing needs for optimal performance.

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Experience handling financial transactions.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others.
