Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Learning & Development to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Create and implement training strategies for new and existing employees.
- Manage a team of trainers across various departments to ensure effective onboarding and training processes.
- Continue improving training processes after analyzing employee development.
- Development of retainment initiatives.
- Ensure training works in compliance with all laws and codes.
- Remain updated on industry trends.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field is required.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Previous experience with utilizing learning management systems.
- Ability to lead numerous high performing teams.
- Proven experience designing training programs.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
