Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support two initiatives within the Utilization Management space. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and requires strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

A clinical background is not required, but familiarity with healthcare or utilization management concepts is considered a plus.

• Manage and support two concurrent projects within the Utilization Management domain
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across business stakeholders
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and provide regular status updates
• Build and manage strong relationships with business partners; collaborate closely with the business side of the organization
• Ensure projects remain on schedule through effective time management and prioritization
• Leverage project management and tracking tools to maintain visibility and accountability

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of experience working as a dedicated Project Manager
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end in a professional PM capacity
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations (PowerPoint heavily used)

• Experience using Service Now PPM
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to support meetings, documentation, or productivity
