Our client ias A well-established and highly respected insurance brokerage is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead a $35 million-income organization through its next stage of growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced insurance executive to take the helm of an established organization, build upon its success, and help shape its future. The brokerage is investing in AI, centralized operational support and technology designed to allow producers and client-facing professionals to spend more time selling, developing relationships and serving clients and less time dealing with administrative demands.
Responsibilities:- Leading and growing a $35M-income insurance brokerage
- Developing and executing the company's next-generation growth strategy
- Recruiting, developing and retaining top insurance talent
- Strengthening producer and client relationships
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and strategic acquisitions
- Building a high-performance culture while maintaining the firm's established reputation
- Working with ownership on long-term strategy and succession planning
Insurance brokerage experience is essential. The ideal candidate will understand the economics of a brokerage, know how to attract and retain exceptional talent, and have the vision to take an already successful organization to its next level.
