Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and run the warehouse efficiently, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain sanitation duties to meet food‑safety requirements within the production facility.

- Adaptable and open to rotating through various positions and shifts within the plant.

- Can ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
- Capable of climbing ladders, steps, and extensions.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and exert a force of 20 pounds.
- Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach both at shoulder level and below shoulder level.
- Can perform bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Can work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise) while using PPE, including a dust mask.
- Can work in elevated areas (4 feet or higher).
Team members must be clean‑shaven to ensure a proper seal when respiratory protection such as a respirator or N‑95 dust mask is required.
