Rate: $22.00 per hour

2nd Shift – Mon. – Fri. 3:00pm until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires. Weekends off.

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking a Smokehouse Operator for our fully cooked chicken sausage manufacturing operation in Cohoes, NY.

• Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
• Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
• Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
• Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
• Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
• Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
• Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
• Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed
