Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Williston Vermont. As a Halar Coater at Kem-Tuff®, you will be responsible for the application of specialized fluoropolymer coatings on stainless steel materials. Key day-to-day responsibilities include preparing surfaces for coating, ensuring proper application and adherence, maintaining tools and equipment, conducting quality inspections, and adhering to all safety standards. Collaboration with the production team to meet delivery timelines and maintaining high-quality standards are core aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in coating applications, surface preparation, and handling fluoropolymer materials
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and standards related to industrial coatings and materials
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment used in coating processes
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and conduct quality inspections effectively
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in manufacturing environments
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and an ability to meet project deadlines
  • Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus
