Position: Production Worker / Machine Operator
Location: City of Albany

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Greene County, NY is seeking several Manufacturing Production Workers and Machine Operators on the 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Worker / Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker / Machine Operator Location: West Coxsackie, NY Pay Range: $22.00/hr-$25.00/hr + Overtime Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday - 3:30pm-12:00am What's the Job? Machine Operators
  • Operate cutting machines in a continuous flow manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards
Production Assemblers

Assemble products following established work instructions using various pneumatic tools (e.g., c-ring hog-ring guns, staple guns, hot glue guns).

  • Tasks include assembling Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units, applying specified upholstered layers to HMB and open coil units, foam-encased pocketed coil units, and final mattress assembly.
  • Inspect mattress components and finished units for flaws or structural defects.
What's Needed?
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Entry-level with little or no experience preferred.
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lift, and move materials up to 100 lbs.
