Loader Utility - 3rd Shift

Position Overview

Ardent Mills feeds 100 million people a day. We are looking for Production Associates to grow careers in utility, bulk, elevator, and warehouse operations.

• Perform production duties as required across multiple areas of the mill.
• Support others in production goals and engage in shift rotation.

• Flexible to work in multiple areas of the mill, rotating through positions and shifts.

• Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
• Climb ladders, steps, and extensions.
• Lift up to 55 lbs (often 50 lbs) and exert 20 lbs of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below.
• Perform bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely.
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise) with PPE, including dust mask.
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Maintain a clean‑shaven appearance for respiratory protection when required (N‑95 mask).

Eligible employees working shifts outside standard business hours receive a shift differential, paid in addition to the regular hourly rate.
