The role requires operating mobile equipment like forklifts, adhering to safety policies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & SkillsEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, 18 years or older, with basic computer skills and strong communication in English.
Must perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and working in varied conditions using PPE.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, weekends, and in elevated areas is essential.
Preferred ExperienceTroubleshooting mechanical systems and prior production work experience are advantageous.
